Forget-Me-Not Tisanes and wrinkles

1. More drinking of green tea can enhance the tenacity of blood vessels and strengthen teeth also.
2. The forget-me-not is rich in Vitamin C so can reduce wrinkles and freckles.

Yellow forget-me-not in an optional quantity, one teaspoon of green tea and a bit of honey

1. Put the forget-me-not and tea in a cup; add boiling water.
2. After about three minutes, after the taste of forget-me-not is drawn, add honey and it is ready.
