Scented White Tea: Empress Pearl Jasmine

Best of the scented teas.
From China, handpicked and from the buds of the tea leaves.
High in anti-oxidants.
Lightly roasted.

Smell: Exotic, floral burst, intoxicating

Colour: Light to mid amber, clear.

Taste: Light, sweet beginning to complex finish.
Subtle, overtones of a light roast.

Body: Consistent, deep. Unusual for a lightly roasted tea.

Liquor: Mid-strong, high overtones

Stay: Very long lasting even linger

Leaf: Light roast, scented with whole jasmine flower buds.
Clean and consistent leave leaf buds.

Conclusion: Perfect after dinner tea, especially if alcohol has been consumed.
