

This tea is from the Dong Ting Mountain in Taiwan.
The mother plants for this varietal were originally from the Wu Yi Mountains in China.
The varietal yields its best harvest in the spring time.

Taste: Mildly floral, green, mildly sweet
Body: medium
Liquor: medium
Stay: Long beginning at the tip to the tongue

Conclusion: A tea that is excellent after a meal cleans the palate really well and stimulates the digestion.
It was very soothing as well especially after a rich meal.
Subsequent brews yields a milder tannins after taste and sweeter initial taste
